No refunds: Entry tickets and packages are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
Handband rules: Your handband is non-transferable — only the original wearer may use it for rides. Passing it to someone else makes you responsible for any resulting loss or misuse.
One-time rides in packages: Zip Line, Giant Swing, Traffic Park, 16D Theater, Gun Shoot, Fun Bus and Bumper Car can each be used only once under any package.
Excluded from packages: Massage Chair, Fish Spa, VR Gaming and Cricket are not included in any package, but are available at a discounted rate.
Free entry for small children: Children under 87cm can enjoy suitable activities for free, only when accompanying a parent or sibling who has purchased a ticket.
Group rides: Some rides need a minimum number of participants to start — please check requirements at each ride.
Ride requirements: Zip Line (35–95kg), Giant Swing (45–95kg), Zip Cycle (min. height 130cm), 16D Theater (min. age 5 years).
Pool policy: Parents may not enter the pool with their children for free — a separate entry ticket is required. Lifeguards are on duty for children's safety.
Alcohol & drugs strictly prohibited: Anyone found under the influence, or causing a disturbance, will be handed over to the police immediately.
